Juan Antonio's experience includes 16 years within international organizations and nearly 20 years as a senior consultant, serving over 50 clients across more than 60 countries in Africa, Latin America, Asia, and Europe. His four decades of crisis response, conflict resolution, and organizational alignment expertise engineers precise human mechanisms that transform businesses for lasting impact.

Pedro is a technology expert with 35 years in digital transformation and 3 years specializing in AI. He translates complex problems into simple concepts, fragmenting challenges to bring accessible tech solutions. His experience ranges from automating customer engagement to leading software development and facilitating AI adoption, always with the goal of empowering people through skill development and frameworks.

Maria Laura serves as the essential engine behind our HR, administrative and financial processes as well as office management. A Certified Public Accountant, with 4 years experience auditing for the “Big Five”and 15 years as administrator and finance director for a global humanitarian consulting firm, working with clients across the 5 continents. She also brings 8 years of experience supporting cross-border system implementation as a liaison between U.S. and Mexico offices. Her ability to bridge operations and strategy across international teams continues to be one of Empowineering’s greatest strengths. She is often the direct face to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation and financial precision that keeps Empowineering moving forward.
